The following case study examines the benefits of brand marketing using web design, print design and advertising as it relates to enhancing image in a saturated market.

Leros Point to Point is a midsize company that offers high-end transportation services. Since 1983, LEROS has been family owned and operated. Their beginning was similar to any other small start-up by a few energetic people with passionate ideals. Since then, they have grown into a leading provider of global executive chauffeured services with their corporate headquarters located in Hawthorne, New York.

Situation

Leros Point to Point is a growing midsize company in a saturated industry where perception of high-end services is highly valued. The competition is using a variety of traditional marketing tactics to enhance their brands.  Leros Point to Point was looking for a brand solution that would act as a centerpiece for building image and an awareness campaign. The program’s core objectives are:

  • To enhance the brand in the New York Metro market
  • To enhance Leros’image within the transportation industry
  • To enhance the Leros brand with prospects and current clients

Solution

InSiteMarketing went through an intensive planning process with Leros Point to Point to set objectives and built a two prong strategy centered on “first class” imagery/content in all marketing collateral, as well as, developed a sustainability program that differentiates Leros from the competition.

  • The Leros website www.leroslimo.com is arguably the best website in the industry
  • The Leros website won the prestigious 2008 Web Marketing Association’s Web Award
  • The Leros “Going Green”program is causing change because of their commitment to industry collaboration and partnership
  • Leros business is up 108% in 2008 while most of the competition is either flat or down
  • Unveiled Leros Preferred Mobility, a new and unique service line that targets non-emergency transportation for those who have physical limitations
