INSITE was retained by JDRF to develop a new market strategy and activation plan for the global non-profit organization.

JDRF had a dormant expansion strategy from 1980-2010 because their fundraising goals were consistently achieved and the focus was on becoming more efficient in its current markets. Due to the decaying economy, fundraising had spiraled down and JDRF realized that there was need for a new market/expansion program.

INSITE performed a complete current market review and analysis and built a proprietary criteria and selection model to figure out which markets to target. Once the markets were narrowed down and selected, we were responsible for hiring and training new staff for each market. In addition, we developed budget, activation and communication plans for each market.

Created a new market strategy and opened five (5) U.S. markets generating over $500,000 in the first year.
